In this episode we look at the differences between permanent and seasonal employees in the full edition of Farm Manager 2018. We look at skill levels, and how they can be improved – as well as your own skill levels as the farm manager. We look at the role of strength and somehow we manage to take a detour into wind turbines and find a bug in the building construction tool tips.

So I ran across tis video looking for help with a problem I am having. Googling hte problem just brings up all sorts of real life news articles on real farms and labor laws, not sure where to go for help. I have a farm with 3 permanent employee houses but less than a full compliment of permanent workers, each time I hire a new one I lose an old one. I currently only have 17 employees and am lacking some for some of my buildings but if I hire them I lose the animal tenders or the driver or my harvesters.

Have you found out a way to order a worker to another job, while (s)he is busy with i.e. harvesting together with other workers, WITHOUT stopping the actual job for ALL workers?
