Great explanation! Thank you for the video. How do you compare company peers - by industry or sector? Also how do you find the average P/S or P/E of an industry/sector to determine if a company is cheap relative to peers?

Your graphic is wrong in the video. Both ratios say “= P/S Ratio”. No big deal, it’s only investment and people’s savings.

thanks. this vid solved my question. i was like whats the diff between ps and pe. Ok PE is the just like PS except now we are taking in net income not total reve nue.
