i was doing some urban exploring of a closed down video game arcade and found this VHS camera. Weird video and i'm not sure what it means

This is my first time seeing this video because I looked up pacman ghost in the backrooms because I had a dream about over a few days ago and I was in Level O, but it was kind of dark but not too dark, the walls were a dim yellow and the pacman ghost was like a greyish brown if I remember right

For some reason I took off my hoodie then I noclipped out of my dreams into the Frontrooms again
Cool thing is that I was actually wearing a hoodie going to bed lol
