Scott- The coil is water proof and can be submerged. I have to tell you I like the Eurotek Pro with it's FE tone. If I was picking between the F2 and the Eurotek Pro I'd go Eurotek Pro. As a matter of fact the Eurotek Pro is my back up machine to my F75 Ltd and F70. Good luck and Happy Hunting! -Russ

Bill- that's a tough one. The delta is a great machine, admittedly I don't have a lot of experience with it. That being said I think your price point is better with the Eurotek Pro as you can get the Eurotek Pro with the 11"DD coil at 299.00 and I believe the Delta goes for 279.00 with the 8" concentric. If you do go with the Delta get the 11"DD coil as that will make that machine search deeper and allow it to handle heavily mineralized ground better.

DetectorDeals- Thanks! I too had the Eurotek Pro out I was using the 11"DD coil and man that thing was DEEP, not to mention great in the trashy area and it was really good on seperating targets. -Russ

HEY RUSS, is the coil waterproof ? One thing I didn't see or you explain in this video . stuck now in between this detector Or the Fisher F2 . About the same Price too ....What are your thoughts on it ?

Hey Russ im picking up my detector next week been doing resurch on the f2 teknetics delta 4000 and the eurotek pro and slowly am eliminating the f2 through reasurch so my question is whats better the delta 4000 or the eurotek pro ..help lol and happy hunting Big Bill
