In México we call this atrocious whistler...El VELADOR! 😨 a middle-aged man who is supposed to drive his 4-wheeler around town, making sure there isn't anyone braking in to rob or simply up to no good. Legend has is, he's actually looking around for places to rob himself...😰😰 True story, though. His 4-wheeler is equipt with this creepy loud whistle that obviously causes the dogs to continuously bark and howl! You can hear him coming from blocks away! ❤ On a serious note, I absolutely love your videos!! Happy New Year!!🎉🎉🎉🩷🩷

Something like this has happened to me. Over ten years ago late at night, I was getting ready to leave my best friend's house (who was living with his parents at the time) and that property they lived at is haunted. I was at the threshold of the back door and him and I were talking when a whistling directly behind me caused us to stop. We listened for it and heard it again, even closer to me, then stillness; some more moments passed when the whistling was so close to my back I felt breath on my neck. I left out the front door that night! To this day I get flashbacks when I walk past that street, looking at that house. Him and I used to carry out paranormal investigations there so I have a vast array of firsthand accounts.

A very good creepy story, and you told it so well. it reminds me of the story in New Orleans, when a serial killer made it known that at night if he hears Jazz being played, he will spare those houses.

This is a fascinating tale. It is somewhat reminiscent of other stories from folklore like the Pied Piper and Lady Godiva’s midnight ride and the Biblical story of the Israelites putting lambs blood over their door to be spared from the tenth plague of Egypt. My first thought was that maybe the mysterious whistler would turn out to be "El Silbon" -- a sinister being from Latin American folklore. But regardless of whoever (or whatever) it is, this makes for an excellent spooky story.
