In this episode, we explore the Hubble constant problem, which is one of the most intriguing and perplexing mysteries in cosmology. We explain how a recent study used the Hubble Space Telescope to measure the expansion rate of the universe, and how it differs from the prediction of the cosmic microwave background and the standard cosmological model. We also discuss some of the possible implications and solutions for this discrepancy, such as the nature of dark energy, dark matter and dark radiation, and the need to revise our understanding of the universe.

New physics!? I haven't figured out the old physics yet.

I think the speed of light is merely a suggestion. It’s crazy that everything is separating and because it’s moving in all directions at the same time it does hyper accelerate the speed of light easily tenfold.

This is what happens as your instruments and methodologies become more accurate and sensitive.

How many levels of microscopic are there?

Of course there is a lot missing from our understanding. We don't really understand anything. We just think we do until something like this comes up.

Space is a part to universe and all galaxies rotates with in space, if you come up with such a story that the universe is expanding, it means there's Wall being pushed to create a gap for galaxies to rotate with in or through

The fact we are on a microscopic rock terrifies me

I think it's something normal in the universe, in my opinion they follow their direction from where they started, which were in the center, they go outwards and from the outside to the center of the Bing Bang explosion, the gas being spread over huge surfaces before the formation of galaxies, thus maintaining itself uniformly who knows how invisible for us!

This makes me so excited to hear, what a great time we live I'm ❤😊

What does this ultimately mean for the final fate of the universe though?

The JWST’s latest findings just killed the theory of an expanding universe as well as red shift and the Big Bang.

This is very old information. Please put up relevant and timely info.

Is it possible that all of the observable universe is traveling in/ through one of many vectors?

And isn't it that the universe is expanding at ever increasing speed????

Im not educated enough about this, so if someone would like to correct me, that would be appreciated. Space time is curved correct?, And curve is accompanied be acceleration when mass is involved right?

I dont wanna even imagine how future physics gonna be😭

This may be how they find the Universe is trillions of years old and not billions.

The universe is infinite. It is not expanding - it's already everywhere!

I said it before and I'll say it again..
the universe has already ended... it just hasn't got to us yet.
