Generally wouldn't recommend option number 2 (hustler method) to anyone. But yes, if you do decide to go this route, check and double check with the landlord prior to signing. Most landlords (including myself) will not allow such instances to take place. When I rent out my property, my trust is solely with the party that is paying the rent but by going the said route, your trust will need to be split between additional and multiple parties to take good care of the property simultaneously while staying and this does not instill much confidence to the property owner.

If the location so easy to rent out why LL need to sign 3 yrs with lower price . Even 3 yrs going to be every year increments of 10 % too or profit sharing from you. Running rent to rent scheme, this sublease changing layout thing going to put landlord in trouble. 😂😂😂
