This helped so much, I have had throat issues since I was a child. Even with tonsils removed I’ve had strep throat once after and most likely have it again now my doctor needed a picture to see since I’m on vacation and this really helped him

Would be good if my doctor actually saw my 5 year old who is having breathing difficulties, fevers, etc, rather than doing an assessment of a photo! NHS is broken!

I’m in no way criticising front line staff, but the NHS gets enough money from the UK tax payer, it’s how that money is distributed and spent by the NHS management. So I pay tax ( at the higher rate ) for thirty five years, yet I cannot go see my doctor. Disgusting

Surely calling me to tell me to watch this video, then attempt to take a picture of a 5 year olds throat, (fail btw). Then calling me back to tell me to bring 5 year old in etc - takes a lot more time and effort then the allocated 5-10 mins clinic appointments. 🤔

Hello, Doctor. The back of my throat looks similar to yours, consistently shades of pink, no tonsiles, etc. But in the same spots as you - above each side of the tongue - it gets noticeably paler. A bit white even, though the texture is the exact same as the pink skin inside the mouth. Seeing as how you have what I'm talking about as well, is it safe to assume this is a variation of normal?
