I had a Pulmonary Embolism and Infarction from the Moderna Covid vaccine. I haven't had covid before. Got on the the blood thinner. Is it advisable to take another covid vaccine after a life threatening experience from the first covid vaccine I took? I ask because I am being told to take another type of the covid vaccine.

I had Covid mid January 2022, PE followed in March 12, 2022, and a micro clot in May 2023.
