BAND BIOGRAPHY:

LOFT is a German\Jamaican Eurodance Band. Loft stands for 'Live Our Fathers Teaching'. First Hit Summer Summer in 1993.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, the Williams brothers Courtney & Richard came to Germany with the US Army. John Davis from Milli Vanilli band brought them to the producers of the Cyborg hit-team. They were hired to front the new project of Cyborg DMP GmbH / Nosie Katzmann, who already were working with Captain Hollywood Project.
Their first single was "Summer Summer" released in 1993, featured the vocals of Gina Mohammed (The Real Milli Vanilli, Try NB). The song became a hit first in Europe and Canada. Next hit followers from the first Album were: "Hold On" sung by Kim Sanders (Captain Hollywood Project) and "Wake The World" featured by Lori Glori (Intermission, DJ Bobo).
Their second album "Future World", was released in 1995 with Sandra Steinborn and Christiane Eiben (DJ Bobo, Centory) on lead vocals. The hit singles from the album were: "It's Raining Again", "Don't Stop Me Now" and "Free Me". Non-album hits "Mallorca" and "Long John Silver" in 1996 were the last singles produced by the Cyborg / Katzmann team.
Loft came back in 2004 with some new songs featured by vocalist Sue: "Still No.1", "Gigolo" and "Love Can't Be Wrong".
After long silence and the lost of Richie Williams, Loft are coming back 2021 with Courtney and two new members who already toured with the band in the last few years - german female vocalist Rosalina Biolan and american singer Richard Williams (Junior) who actually is the son of the band's grounder Richard Williams.
This Comeback was matched by the release of some modern 2k21 remakes of the biggest hits "Summer Summer", "Hold On" and "Mallorca". The third album “New World” is produced by the german team Frank Winkelmann and Gregor Schydlo from Experience Of Music. They already had a touch with Loft in the past releasing some singles with Richie Williams and singer Sue. Experience Of Music also did several successful collaborations with other 90s artists. Additional album mixes were done by Bmonde and DJ Kica, and female vocals were performed by Rosalina and Von. The album includes some very valuable new songs like
"Techno Party", "Jamaican Roots" and "Montego Bay".
