Question. Will there ever be an offline chat for Livestream viewers? That's one thing that makes twitch successful is that the live viewer community can foster and talk amongst each other while the streamer isn't live. It gives them a bit of a home to visit while the streamer isn't there.

This is for sure a useful feature for people selling products, but as I watch this demo all I see is the vast amount of wasted space within the dashboard - the dashboard redesign I would hope is front and centre for what you will be releasing next. You have the product within a div that has 700px all round it 😐

A much more efficient use of the dashboard space would be welcomed by streamers - the ability to see a bigger version of chat would be a start. I think ultimately just a customisable version of the dashboard, with widgets that can be moved around, and resized so people can see what they need to see at a glance - I don't know anyone that wants to constantly look at their stream key, even though that particular section takes up 70% of the UI

I hope this is touched upon, hinted at, or even changed all together ASAP...

Why this month my channel is low in viewers?

This isn't the update live streaming needs right now on YouTube - there's about 100 requests on the list from creators that are priority before this one. Who cares about product drops when YouTube has "dropped" promoting live streams and instead focused their attention on shorts.
