Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon
Pinch of turmeric powder
Crushed ginger garlic – 1 teaspoon
Curd – 1 tbl spoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Salt
Oil
Curry leaves

Bought my first paneer today out of curiosity and have no idea what to do. Palak paneer looks too daunting so I choose to make this for dinner with half of the paneer just to try. And it's a hit! Seriously it easy and yet delicious. Paneer has a cheesy taste and yet it's bitey? Will cook the other half tomorrow. Seem like I will buy more paneer in the future😂😂
