People who say Bullseye beat Daredevil all three times seem to forget the context of those fights. In the first fight, Matt has no idea what Dex is capable of as a combatant. It is during that fight Matt realizes Dex has insane accuracy with virtually any object. In their second fight, Matt is switching from both fighting Dex and saving Karen/church citizens. And in their final fight, Matt is having to switch from fighting Fisk and fighting Dex. In fight where these two are just dropped into a neutral battefield and forced to fight, Matt is the victor.

I would say that Bullseye defeat Daredevil. Because the first match i think is what really matters. The lack of information between the two actually makes it fair. Both of them realizes each of their own strength abd weaknesses. But the winner is Bullseye. He even still won when when he was fighting Daredevil the second time. And let's not forget that he still able to toe to toe with Daredevil, the kingpin, and a bunch of bodyguard. And this is a rematch btw.
