Best business advice is don’t do the work, exploit other’s ambition to succeed.

All the kids on here thinking that working is being a slave.

If you can’t lead and motivate others, then you have to earn your own way kiddos.

Seeing a lot of negative comments here.
Just wanted to say I'm from Montenegro.
Montenegrins are the Yugoslav equivalent of the black americans
(must have something to do with the name hehe 😜)
I want us to become the Yugoslav equivalent of Jews. Thank you for this information.

lol so the advice is not to work and develop yourself into greatness but to simple own the little puppets and own everything lol. awesome advice dude. sounds to me like a power hungry that can't produce anything and has to use other people to exploit their talent

Don’t be a plumber OWN THE PLUMBERS. Yes, that is great practical advice for the average young American who’s parents make 75k combined per year… 🤦‍♀️

A Asian guy that owned a dry cleaner gave me the same advice as if he was my dad. It was kind of cool. He told me to essentially scale my company with great people and pay them well, that way I will always have the best talent working for me and helping me with my vision.

Being the boss isn't all it's cracked up to be. Managing people today can be like herding cats. Let the boss worry about why Amy didn't bother to come into work for the fourth time in 3 months cuz her little girl AKA her dog wasn't feeling well. Or Charlie didn't show up to work because 40 hours a week is too much and he's more interested in work-life balance. Or Tim has to cut out at 2:30 everyday because his kids playing ball. There's something to be said about just taking a check.
