It's worth mentioning that "Properties" option no longer exists as a Custom Content-Type created by the Real Estate 7 Theme. In the latest version (26th June 2022) it's under Listings. Also, the user has to fill in 1 sample listing (or property for the sake of this video) in order for the fields to show up in WP Import Under custom fields.
