Just ordered the T10s and T12s at the same time. Tested both and sent T10 back same day. Much lower audio no bass. T12s are great bassy full sound just use proper ear pads for them so no air gets out and the bass slaps. No complaints at this price. No need to pay more 💯

The right ear seems to not work. And when it does show the light, it shows a purple color and I don’t know if it’s broken. It supposed to show a blue and red color but now it shows a purple color. What should I do?!
