The last tip cancels your attack, making you waste more ammo. It also just doesnt do much.

For jacky it's quite simple, use your speed gadget to either go aggressive on the enemy team, shoot and use your super as quick as possible when the enemy is in front of you(they can't touch the ball when they're getting pulled in my holy moly)
