What Mr. Abrams seems to not quite understand is that 1) Russia courts are still in action in that country, as they are in Ukraine and 2) Such a letter sent to Russia, would demonstrate a lack of approval on Fox's part., which would be the point.

I am a little surprised that Abrams wouldn't know that a real news channel must at the very least dissuade the idea that they support the use of their materials for propaganda purposes. I really wish he wouldn't go out of his way to find something silly to talk about. It would seem that there are more important topics, even if Nicole Wallace's point was not clear to him. It seems to me that he and NN are simply trying to find something upon which to hang their hat in order to appear unbiased. It screams desperation, and frankly seems silly considering the fact that sometimes there isn't two sides to an argument or both sides are the same. I especially found the comment about Putin being served to be a bit childish. Perhaps Mr. Abrams should look into legal actions taken against the Soviet Union, like Raphael Gregorian, who sued the Soviet Union for Libel and got a settlement.

Please Mr. Abrams, don't peddle such nonsense, and try a bit harder next time.
