Memories of SN15 come flooding back. 5th of May 2021. The first tower section had been stacked on the concrete plinth and the OLM ring was still absent from the pillars. What are we going to see in the next 3 years 6 months and 17 days? Go SpaceX, go Starship.

That fact that they pushed this ship beyond its limits and it still had cull control of its descent but was also capable of soft landing itself in the ocean exactly on target is amazing. They will learn a lot from this test.

I love the fact there are still ppl that say it was not a success, because landing in water... Absolutely ignoring the fact they landed it at a bouy in the sea to record the landing... Ppl are so mad at anything 😅

Spacex should try to catch both of them with the same tower.. booster lands and then they still got about an hour before starship lands.. Should be plenty of time to remove booster :D

Reminds me of the Battlestar dropping out of FTL over New Caprica, free falling, launching their fighters, and the jumping to FTL just feet above the ground. Fantastic.
