Abbi: Oh, it's been almost a year now. I moved in last July.
Alfie: That's cool. I've been here for about three years now.
Abbi: Wow, you must really like it here.
Alfie: Yeah, it's a nice neighborhood. How about you?
Abbi: I like it too. It's close to my work and there are plenty of things to do around here.
