The second amendment is a constitutional right; The government does not dictate whether or not it exists or not, The constitution is the law of the land. When the government threatens constitutional rights the constitution is in place to keep the government and check not the people. If the government becomes tyrannical American citizens have the use of the second and 10th amendments to make necessary changes to the government.

The 2nd Amendment uses the terms "keep" and "arms". "The right of the people to keep and bear arms". Keep: to have or retain possession of. Arms: Arms as in “weapons, ” comes from the Latin arma, “tools of war, ” which passed into English from French in the 1200s. The 2nd Amendment protects our right to have military grade weapons!

Nadler asked a question that implied using US troops on US soil against US people. Basically, Nadler said they would use the military against the US citizens if we come for them to restore our constitutional rights.
