Washington DC Federal Judge Beryl Howell who presides over the criminal grand jury investigating Trump’s January 6 related criminal conduct has rejected Trump’s executive privilege claim and has ordered Trump’s former top White House lawyers Pat Cippilone and Patrick Philbin to testify about their discussions with Trump. Three points regarding Mike Pence: 1. The Jan 6 Committee should have subpoenaed Pence on day one. 2. Now that the calendar is expiring on the Jan 6 Committee in House, the investigation should be rolled over to the Democratic controlled Senate. 3. The House Jan 6 Committee should make a formal criminal referral to the DoJ and turn over all of the evidence they have collected.
