Pat Scipiloni knew the whole time that Trump didn't have the right to claim executive privileges.

Everyone knows Trump has no executive privilege. Amazing this was allowed to go on in the first place. Waste of tax dollars and court time.

Trump should not be allowed to continue filing utterly frivilous appeals.

How is a man who keeps losing so much supposed to make America great again?

As Michael Cohen says - Delay, delay, delay. These lawyers know full well that Trump has no executive privilege but they are obviously still afraid of him. What's the next move ? - pleading the 5th ?

It is not that our justice system works slowly that is frustrating, it is that is works brutally swiftly for the poor while working at glacial speed for the privileged.

For two years now we have listened to 45 and his claims to executive privilege. He has been shot down every time. When is a court going to start fining him for every time he uses this delay tactic.

Party of law & order right here folks, frivolously fighting lawful subpoenas and maligning and threatening judges, prosecutors, and their families.

I'm confused as to how Trump can claim Executive Privilege on anything. I thought once you are no longer a part of the Executive, then the privilege becomes null and void?

He never had it as a private citizen to begin with. The fact that our justice system has taken this long to figure out who has executive privilege is very telling.

They could of hurried this all up. It's not rocket science.

The fact that rich seldom go to jail proves our system sucks

Three points regarding Mike Pence: 1. The Jan 6 Committee should have subpoenaed Pence on day one. 2. Now that the calendar is expiring on the Jan 6 Committee in House, the investigation should be rolled over to the Democratic controlled Senate. 3. The House Jan 6 Committee should make a formal criminal referral to the DoJ and turn over all of the evidence they have collected.

Don't know how you can say our justice system is great when people like Gini Thomas and Clarence Thomas helped with the Jan 6th insurrection. You know Clarence Thomas is in the Supreme Court

I heard he's crying saying judge Canon would have let me have executive privilege for every person I have ever known and for my whole life and even when I'm dead

After Cipeloni testified with the committee, I had the distinct impression he REALLY wants to talk. And has a lot to say.
