I'm gonna be honest here (No hate just opinions)




1. I didn't like the box change. I think the red & black box really makes Umidigi products special
2. I kinda dislike the fact that you change the free casing of the phone from a black special case to a transparent case that will turn to yellow
3. I like the fact that your phone has something interesting on them but do keep in mind some people who order your products (especially phones) sometimes have a problem on them
4. I'm hoping that Umidigi will have an physical store (and somewhere to fix phones and smart watches for warranty) around the world because some people who wanna buy your products online sometimes may have a defective item in their hand and also it would make warranty easy as well
5. Try adding more color variant on your phones
and not just *Black, Blue, Green* try adding Red Orange and Purple or any other colors
6. No hate but can the charging animation of the phone be change? It's so last year
7. Customer of Umidigi complaint that service for warranty is not good people complaints are the following:
- No respond
- Mean customer service
- Does not believe in customer
And some other stuff
8. I still believe in your company in fact I'm ready to change my old crappy device into a good one but I want my new device to be special to me (especially because I'm poor)
9. I guess you can try making other devices such as Tablets, Laptops but I'm pretty sure those will be hard to do

Hopefully The Umidigi Team can read this
