The key comment I saw was when he said he didn't understand her fears before, but now he does - likely because Judge Lynn was there to get the words out in an orderly fashion. Communication is key - there's an effective way to express yourself that lets your partner know what you want, understand the urgency of it, but doesn't come across as nagging or over the top. Her fears are valid - now he understands them and can take the steps to do something about it.

I always enjoy it when she addresses the woman and tells her what she is doing wrong to allow themselves to be taken advantage of.... it's so empowering and the guys always have that uncomfortable / slightly panicked look on their face because it's not about them any more in that moment. They look fearful with the realisation that They aren't in control. It's so true "he knows he has the options and you dont"
