Your channel is my favorite budgeting channel. I am always impressed with how you keep your variable expenses in check! It is unrealistic to have no “fun spending, ” especially if you have kids, but I also try to remember that my kids are learning money values from watching our family spending. We are working on learning how many meals we can eat at home for the price of one time going out to eat. Real world math and finance!

Good evening Mrs P, another great video. I feel blessed that I am finally able to have money in a savings account cause I truly lived paycheck to paycheck all my life and I’m 54. What was the trigger that made you decide to budget? Why did you decide to create a channel and share your journey? I really enjoy your channel. I appreciate the variety of content, but all pointing towards the same goal (budget sheets, menus, games). I know you got that one negative comment about funding vacation while eliminating debt, but you don’t owe anyone an explanation. When you have adult children or soon-to-leave-the-nest children, decisions are a little different. I appreciate your down to earth approach!
