That is a pretty good tip. I was working mostly only with bunch so the left side didn't have too many options against man, but if I bring the rb to the flats and a curl or corner for the left wr I can keep that side strictly a zone beater instead of man as I used to do last yr.

I know that deep vertical formation with TE on a wheel route its one of the gems I found. It kills man press, but there are some linebackers that can pick that off especially if its the right man formation. I put the TE on a outroute and the two right wr on a vertical that way they can block for the TE and help me get 20-30 yrds in a snap.

well one thing that you can do is have a zone beating combo on one side and man on the other side. so curl flats on one side or streak corner, somethin like that to beat zone, then on the other side a combo i like this year is a slot wr on a whip/zig route and outside wr on a drag. motion the drag a half step inside and snap to beat the press.. this way no matter what you can beat man or zone. deep out routes on the outside are great vs man as well. throw low and away as he breaks

you have to get into practice mode and you decide based on your offense one receiver to key on immediately post snap to see if its man. this way as soon as the ball is snapped(after you have already narrowed it down) you immediately have your answer and you'll know which read to target

....(continue) I also liked the "Trips Y Iso" formation under "Gun" the play I loved there was "Deep Attack" this play is especially good when your opponent is in press coverage cuz some receivers should break away from the defenders especially the WR running a streak route, if he does break away and the safety isn't too close then send a pass his way for good yardage...i wish I could show u what I mean first hand but im trying to explain as clearly ad possible here on YouTube...

that is definitely a concept that could work.. and if you like bunch the TE in the bunch on a whip route is EXTREMELY hard to stop vs man. you can actually hit him as soon as he cuts in for a quick 3 yard pass its very annoying to stop lol. and he gets open most times when breaking back out. it is a great man beater from the slot period but te positions of that formation are ridiculous vs man. especially if you use the package that puts your number 1 wr inside at te of the bunch.

it takes a good receiver with good catch in traffic and carry rating to perfectly execute a curl rout also timing is key in a curl...if your facing man to man defense then throw a bullet pass right before the receiver turns around and try a juke, a hurdle, a stiff arm, or a spin right after u catch it to try to make the defender miss and get good yardage....

....and if the defense is running press coverage ( if they are really close to the receivers before the snap) then it's easier for a receiver with good release rating to break away and catch a huge pass but that's something to really practice and requires good finesse passes and to trick them into thinking its a run just run it a lot then when they're expecting another run, pick a play action pass which are easy to find cuz they have "PA" in the name example: "PA Curls"

Ok well I like the saints offensive playbook they have some good shotgun formations, I really liked most of the plays in the gun formation but especially the "Wing Trio Wk" formation it is under "Gun" the play I liked is "Stick N Up" cuz the TE Jimmy Graham runs a great route where he fakes going out then runs up the field and drew brees is a great QB capable of making an accurate throw but it will require good timing from u, I also really love running an HB draw in the all Gun

now i see why dude was saying that to me in the chat last night as soon as i got back from mrl draft lol.. my bad i wasn't trying to contridict you when he said the only way to read man/zone is from spread sets. not entirely true, but it is easier, especially for those not highly knowledgeable. but still possible to read from tight sets.. just a little more complicated.

...and the rest are zone coverage which is what id do most with the saints but be sure to mix it up and expirement on practice mode.Connected careers is a great way 2 practice and sharpen your skills cuz you play different teams randomly each game so u can practice different play styles, i play on "All-Pro" cuz it challenges me too play my best football i can then i go online, well i hope i wad at least able to help u get started, i know it's not easy explaining things in a comment but good luck

Keep an eye on the offensive line if they start running out of the way quickly quickly and you're about to sack the QB then it's obviously a screen or take control of a linebacker and cover the running back like white on rice after the snap or just dont blitz all the time and have your defensive ends run some zone coverage to the outside....the lots of different ways to shut down the screen just practice and expirement

in my experience It all starts with a really good defense...if u can stop your opponent from scoring then it really takes a lot of pressure off you to score on every possession

if its 2 minute drill after reading defense, managing the clock is critical..run out of bound after the catch, hurry up offense etc

It seem like reading the defense is a little trickier but zones are easier this year and cover 2 seems like nothing compared to last year when it was interception city but my question is the defense this year seems like its gone...its like you have to setup plays to make it work, so what can you do when a person your playing against does not give you any time to setup

Make a video on effective plays against cover 1, cover 2, cover 3, man, etc

really good disguise is cover 4 where u dropped SS, looks like cover 3
