I am not defending Anna at all. Her actions as an adult are her own. That said, her whole family needs to be investigated. Disabled children are notoriously targeted by predators and her acting out in childhood against animals and her alleged attraction to her father are signs of CSA and/or abuse.

Ngl it's pretty clear that Anna has some degree of Autism, and she also strongly exhibits signs of CSA, specifically having been groomed. Childhood agression, especially towards small animals like guinea pigs, can be interpreted as the child lashing out with agression they *want* to use against their abuser, but can't. It can also be seen as them trying to take control of something as a way of compensating for the lack of control their abuser enforces on them.

Also, I'd like to point out that Anna never specifies her own age in the dog story. As a bit of extra context to this, Z-philia as a parahillia is *very* often seen hand-in-hand with P-philia. I believe that the middle aged man Anna's talking about had not only groomed her, but had abused her, hence her softness of P-phillia (Which is unfortunantly a very common side-effect of Grooming), as well as her stories of animal a-use.

tl;dr
Anna is likely a CSA victim herself, and almost all of her behaviours and stories are attributable to either Autsitic over-sharing and/or the long shadow of grooming and child-hood trauma.
