Easy Homemade Tomato Sauce Recipe with Basic Ingredients

Ingredients:
• Tomatoes: 500g
• Sugar: 1 tbsp
• Salt: 1/2 tbsp
• Chili powder: 1/2 tbsp
• Vinegar: 1 tbsp

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Tomatoes:
o Boil the tomatoes in a pot of water for 2-3 minutes until the skins loosen.
o Remove from the pot, let them cool slightly, and peel off the skins.

2. Make Tomato Purée:
o Grind the peeled tomatoes in a blender or food processor until smooth.

3. Cook the Sauce:
o Pour the tomato purée into a saucepan and heat over medium flame.
o Add sugar, salt, chili powder, and vinegar. Stir well to combine.
o Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

4. Cool and Store:
o Once the sauce has cooled completely, transfer it into a sterilized jar or bottle.
o Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
