That was one of the shortest but most uplifting, kind, and heartfelt opening monologues I've ever heart. I've seen some opening monologues that had me totally uninterested. This was pure humanity and I loved it. Thank you, RuPaul.

He was running for a flight at O’Hare recently. Couldn’t miss him with his tallness and LV luggage. I made the heart sign with my hands and even though he was literally running to his gate he stopped and mouthed “ thank you”. Kindness rules.

I like how he didn't start with "It's so nice hosting SNL" like every other host but kept it for the end. It felt very genuine.
