Do we have to delete the Queue from orchestrator everytime and create a new one? before we process this. I mean do we have any work around for this?

Thanks so much, I have one question, can i modify first name (for example) after i take it, I mean, i use Lara then i put in the square fist name, Lara after that i want to change in queue item first name, and put Chloe, can I? or i have to add item to queue with the same last name company .... etc
