Dr Eugenia Cheng is Honorary Visiting Fellow at City, University of London and Scientist in Residence at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she teaches arts students to see the world differently through maths. A concert pianist, she also speaks French, English and Cantonese, and her mission in life is to rid the world of maths phobia. She is Math Columnist for the Wall Street Journal and the author of three books: the international best-seller How to Bake Pi: Easy Recipes for Understanding Complex Maths; the critically acclaimed The Art of Logic; and Beyond Infinity: An Expedition to the Outer Limits of Mathematics, which was shortlisted for the 2017 Royal Society Science Book Prize.

5x15 brings together five outstanding individuals to tell of their lives, passions and inspirations. There are only two rules - no scripts and only 15 minutes each.

Wonderful! Love the clear definitions and vision. Feel I understood something complex in a new way. Do agree that opening up congressive space can draw in ingressive conditioned people, has been my experience. Just happens not that often, yet...

I totally agree with a congressive society. That's why I support non binary (female/male) thinking. Now on I will share and adopt this new term you teach CONGRESSIVE. Thank you very much dr. Eugenia Cheng.

We need both trait. Under different contexts. Try to tell either side to behave like the other all the time is wrong
