I say this to be helpful the only way you're going to avoid getting your legs chopped off is if you lose weight as quickly as you can. Stop eating red meat and steaks and stick to a health low calorie plant based diet and hopefully your insulin sensitivity and blood flow improves enough so that your legs can heal.
