Just a quick tutorial video explaining what you need to attach a 2" mounted filter to a Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope, without needing a filter drawer or wheel.

Standard 42mm Canon T-Ring
Canon EOS T7 DSLR

Out of curiosity, do you know the length of that 2" SCT adapter? I only ask because I'm looking for a solution to using 2" filters in this setup but with the f/6.3 reducer in the mix as well. The f/6.3 reducer has a back focus requirement of 105mm... 55mm of which is taken up by the DSLR body and the T-ring. That said, if that 2" SCT adapter you are using is 50mm, it would work perfectly for my goal.
