Id say its good in any 3+ color decks, I use 2 of them in my Naya Beasts modern deck and it really helps with the mana problems I have without the 20 dollar lands I cant afford.

Chromatic Lantern is not OP, however, it is useful in builds that are attempting to use 4 or 5 colors.

If you bought a box(fatpack or booster box) from what you thought was a reputable dealer and it happened to be a strip mined box(meaning the good packs were pulled out and shitty ones put in) could you report the store to wotc?
