Zag pick and roll offense

This is our man-to-man offense. It is largely influenced by Gonzaga‘s pick and roll continuity. We changed a few things up, like how we start and also added some quick hitters but for the most part it is the same thing.

Thank you for this. My girls are being so robotic and the reset is difficult to watch. They are not creating anything and do not know what to do if the play is broken. I might have to show them this and see that younger kids can even run it and that there are options!! My biggest issue is the guards missing the rollers and sometimes the guards cut and do not look for the ball. those are the main parts of the offense, it needs to click. I coach HS JV girls.

I run this offense in practice beautifully but during games we start to watch the ball.

Great offensive pattern. I coach 7th/8th grade and I am teaching my boys this offensive set as we move into the season. I am a fairly new coach, so excuse my ignorance-will this motion pick and roll offense be efficient against a 2-3 zone?

I would love to pick your brain with this offense. Are you able to get right into this offense off of a secondary break or have you tried to get right into it off of secondary?
