Glenda Browne reads Georges Brinkman's report of the death of Felicia Browne as she went to help a wounded comrade. The reading took place by the River Sotón near the small town of Gurrea de Gállego. After the reading Glenda threw flowers into the river.

The reading took place just a few hundred yards from the railway bridge where the unit of which she was a part had successfully detonated explosives to render it useless to the Loyalist trains. The unit was attacked on it's return journey to its base.
