Learn how to perform a Hang Power Snatch into OHS. Note this is different than a Hang Power Snatch + OHS. The difference is for the Hang Power Snatch into OHS you will hold your receiving position of the Power Snatch for a 2-3 count then you will ride it down into the bottom of an OHS. If it was a + OHS you would stand the Power Snatch up then you would perform an OHS.
