China has been doing this for a long time now, and has the most solar PV parks of any country. It's a good thing for them and for the entire planet. Especially good for countries that are energy insecure and who can bring the energy resource inside their own borders.

As of 2022, China 🇨🇳 was by far the world's largest coal consumer with 55% of enegy use, an increase of 2% from the year before.
So China is accelerating the use of coal despite it signed the Paris agreement.

1 solar/wind farm built out of 225. I hope it doesn't end up like the real estate buildout! Going green means there is intermittence, distributed grid and long power lines, baseload and of course env impact to contend with.

Bloomberg, Did I hear "pivotable" at 1:05? You need to remove that and splice in "pivotal."

Chinese solar panels are from Xinjiang region, where they are produced by:
- coal-fired plants, and
- using Uyghur forced labor in their production.

why cant bloomberg with its vast cutting edge information gathering system see such mega solarparks in a place called India? Or inspired by CCP n XI, it has a list of toxic words which do not show up its information systems?
