今、見えるのは ただのカタチで
まだ気づかない 静かな風に
色の無い透明な嘘を見抜かなくても
確かにここにはある
new standard of the world

今、信じるのは 君のどれくらい
ただ逃がさないで 見えるまばたき
色の無い透明な嘘を見抜かなくても
確かにここにはある
new standard of the world

At 1:39, Nakata perfectly answers the call of, "More cowbell!"

Sigh... I wish Nakata had explored this direction further, rather than going down the commercial EDM path. Reminiscent of an electronic Steely Dan!

OMG--What a chord progression! This is some sophisticated stuff, for sure.
Absolutely 1st-Rate!

i think we are gonna come back here 5 years later and still believe that this song is super futuristic.

This is a kick-ass tune. Another gem from Yasutaka Nakata.
He is my favorite current songwriter in the world. There is amazing creativity and
freshness in so many of his songs. Sooner or later, even if Perfume doesn't crack the world market (which I believe they will), singers around the world will start covering
Nakata's songs, maybe partly translated, maybe not. His music is too good
to NOT conquer the world.

This is pop with a sophisticated edge.

Transcendent, beyond human limitations. The delicate lyric vocals merged with the deep bass of the woodwinds. So incredibly beautiful and hypnotic. Modern Mozart in it's understanding of how the most boundless imagination in music is created. This is Human creativity at it's best - transports one to a world one would want to live a most fulfilling existence in. Truly transformative in it's genius.

Best track on Stereoworxxx, in my opinion. Yasutaka Nakata is like the new Todd Rundgren; functioning as both producer and artist, creating great innovative music, year after year.

Yep! It's called STEREO WORXXX. You can order from Amazon, Play Asia, and YesAsia to name a few. I've only ordered their CDs from YesAsia myself.

Journey should cover this for their next Japan tour.
This song kills.

This is slightly reminiscent of Stevie Wonder's writing around the time of
his incredible classic, the Innervisions album. This song would not out of place on that album, at all. It is that good.
This is first-rate work.

That chord progressions though, even I can't identify what chords did he used. Nakata is really a genius.

btw, still listening this in 2017 lolololololol

Electro jazz pop! :))) every Capsule album has at least one "smart" tune included.

This is exactly what Toshiko's voice sounds like. Hardly any distortion was used here.

I'd love to hear Perfume sing Nakata-san creations with this level of harmonic sophistication. THAT would be "next level". When they conquer the world (and it's happening now), they should also introduce the world to Nakata-sama's genius, unrestrained by the need to be usable in commercials!

I've been following Nakata's works for a few years now and I have to admit this song is one of my favourite by Yasutaka-san.
Reminds me of F-zero for some reason.

Liking this, sounds like a bit of old capsule and Adventure

@kwasorkor The limited edition comes with an extra CD containing extended remixes of Feelin' Alright, Never Let Me Go, In The Rain, Dee J, All The Way, and Motor Force.

They're okay imo, but nothing really great. I've never really been a fan of the extended mixes anyway, so it really depends on whether you like them or not.
