Yay Bubbies! Longtime gourmet ice cream shop with lines down the block in my city for decades (Honolulu ). Now they just wholesale. There are other brands of mock ice cream that are good too at Japanese grocery stores.

The puzzles ar created fro paintings that Eric Dowdle has done after traveling to each of the locations. There's a show about his travels and some of his painting called "Painting the Town" on BYUtv.

I have about 5-6 Dowdle puzzles. My local grocery store carries them every so often and I stock up on them.

I don’t like actual green tea but green tea ice cream is my favorite flavor! And we totally love Bubbies. Their only actual ice cream shop just closed near our house in Hawaii.

Well I just spent the last hour trying to narrow down which Dowdle puzzles to buy so I wasn't spending $400 😆 They're so pretty and will hopefully help satisfy a tiny part of my travel bug right now!
