Dysfunctional dynamics exist in codes of silence and unwritten rules, don’t feel, don’t think, don’t talk, don’t question authority, etc. Ellen is a wealthy/powerful lesbian, so she not only out of balance not living in harmony with creation she encourages others to do the same. While she is kind and thoughtful on her show, her unresolved emotional issues and lack of healing hide an inner anger and pain. The control she exerts over others at home is also indicative of unresolved issues...

I think she’s done, as I predict the season will flop.

Tory you are so right about this topic on Ellen because she came across like this really nice loving person on her show. Keep up the excellent work Tory.

Have to say first that Erica has so much dignity. I love how she is calm and goal oriented with out preconceptions on the way things should go. Just a lovely woman.
Now about Ellen. Such a hateful world we live in. So eager to toss to the trash before we even hear the whole truth. I worked for a boss who was a bit of an ass. And most of the employees would talk about him quite disgruntled and exaggerated. I knew the truth of most of the stories as I was there. Being a harsh boss is not a crime. Its just tough. I like to hear the truth about Ellen. Will I toss her aside over the issues. I really have to say NO. We all have something to work on. While there are afew things about here I don't agree with, there is so much about her I love. I don't see anything in these stories that say she really did anything that bad.
