Hearing the music for Ivor the Engine almost made me was at primary school in the was always shown around 5.30 at teatime with my mum next door cooking and my dad on his way home from times long gone

Seeing things like this gives me such a longing for a childhood that will never return. The yearning for those carefree days is an almost physical ache.

Closest we can get to time travel! These shows and tunes really tug at the heartstrings! They had so much heart and character, and were incredibly diverse. A lot of what made them special seems to be missing in today's world. Nowadays, all kids seem to care about is their visual image. Times were so much simpler back then!

I feel ancient when I tell people that I remember when TV's only had three channels that went off at night. AND you had to press a button on the TV to change the channel! 📺

Family sit downs no computers or phones, brothers and sisters laughing arguing, but bonding and qaulity family time, blimey whats happened to the good old days 🤗

Black Beauty music makes me get goosebumps now. Remember being 12 or 13 and watching it with my tea on a tray at 5pm ish. Sadly my mum had just died hense the goosebumps. My sister looked after me well. X

The 70's & 80's were the best decade's to grow up in. If time travel is possible before it's time for me to kick the bucket I'm heading straight back to the 80's 😆

Oh wow, my grandma used to pick me up from nursery and first school and I used to sit in the back room watching these, good times.
