The best thing about this video is that you can actually see the progression he made when he went to lyon. At PSV the idea was there but it looks clunky at times like losing his balance sometimes and the lack of perfect ballcontrol. And then at united it was mostly show with no end product. And now at Lyon you can see he got the right balance of show and endproduct and more body/ballcontrol then at PSV. I think memphis is one of the few players that actually went from a overhyped talent to a topclub reject to an actual good player.

As a striker, for lyon as well as the dutch nt, he performs best! He’d be a good Luis Suarez replacement; the physical strength on and off the ball, speed, the technical skill, scores goals and gives assists!
