Trump hotels charged Secret Service 'exorbitant rates,' records show

Records shared by the House Oversight Committee show Trump hotels and properties charged Secret Service agents five times the normal “government rate” for accommodations while protecting former President Donald Trump. In one case, the Secret Service was charged over $1,100 for a room at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. Scott MacFarlane takes a look.

The CIA has a budget director and a whole bunch of other logistics people who decide where the agents stay and how much the CIA will be paying. Why is this somehow Trumps fault ? Maybe they should have done what CIA officer Valerie Plame used to do. She would go to Disney or some other vacation spot, ID herself as a CIA agent and claim she needed a room to do work for the agency. The resort would give her a free room for the week and she and her family would vacation and enjoy their free room. Valerie Plame is the one who falsely claimed President George W Bush outed her as a CIA agent.
