Where does it start and end? How much do we know how much is required to pay?Who will be paying, who will be receiving the pay and how will the payment be made? Interesting times. Focus should be on modern day slavery that's still going on, and stop the destabilisation of regions so they can focus on rebuilding and settling those displaced.
