The B-Vitamin problem you described at the start is easily solved by doing a dilution first so you can measure out grams in a solution and then divide that to get the smaller measurements.

I think energy drinks have B vitamins in them because a few people have undiagnosed vitamin deficiencies, and if they drink a can of Red Bull and feel way better, they'll give the credit to the Red Bull.

I'm not great at understanding chemistry and how chemicals combined make new chemicals but I was wondering if anything here creates calcium oxalate or if you know where that comes from at all considering that seems to be the first thing to worry about with kidney stones (from a 2 second google search lol) and how that is a worry with these kinds of energy drinks. Is that a problem to consider here or honestly with any of your homemade recipes? Love the channel, want to try some of these things soon myself!
