Option 1 is essentially the starting 11 I choose but switch Foden and Palmer's position. Foden needs to be in the centre, it's how he is so impactful for City. He played outwide against both Liverpool and Arsenal and he was anonymous. He didn't even have to be defended like that, he just didn't show up.

We have a lot of depth in midfield and attack but I’m a bit worried about how easily that back line could fall apart with even 1 or 2 injuries, especially since a lot of our defenders have been injury prone this season …

Cb: Maguire (i would love to see either branwaite or quansah have a chance here though)

Cam: palmer
Rw: saka/gordon/eze (this one is difficult because of sakas injuries but he is still world class and eze and gordon have also been outstanding this year)
