How many millions t-shirts did Chinese workers make until the workforce graduated to more technical, complex production skills? Indian workers cannot jump from nothing to high-tech, demanding production. It is not just skills it is entire workforce culture. A factory doesn't exist on its own if it is going to be efficient. Electricity, shipping of goods in & out, communication networks, supply chains & proximity to worker housing, food sources for workers, etc. all need to be in place. China has spent years perfecting the "industrial community" framework, positioning factories near all needed & complementary component systems. Yes, wages are rising in China. Quality products are the norm now. The days of cheap unskilled labor are over. Now India can step in but it must start at the beginning.
