I did it. Also I added fresh finely chopped thyme as well in the dough. Was absolutely amazing and refined taste. Buuuut...very time consuming. And I cooked just half of the dough, so for 2 people. So you better have some hours available when you plan to make it.

I would add some freshly grated nutmeg, salt, and a bit of white pepper to the dry ingredients.

If it's a bit too wet you can dry it in the oven for like 10 minutes if you don't want to add more flour

I see you froze the dough, can you freeze the gnocchi and if so, is it better to freeze them once they are cooked, or still raw?

I made them, but I wasn't able to roll them because of how soft they were. I will perfect these one day. I love that the main ingredient is cheap, and I'm always looking for ways to incorporate potatoes and sweet potatoes.

I always follow the recipe here and they always turn perfect, especially if I do a gorgonzola sauce with whiskey and Parmesan the real one I grate myself . Madonna ! So delicious

Because the sweet potato will those the sweetness of it throughout the process, they should've added some brown sugar in the dough and some in with the butter n sage

If you don't feel like doing this much work, Trader Joes has a frozen sweet potato gnocchi that is AMAZING!!
