I saw somebody else comment but the trainer ID for arceus is supposed to be 03075 since its an old distribution one but instead its 3075. Since its off does that at all change the fact that its legal?? Im getting one for my friends as gifts and dont want to give them illegal mons and risk getting them in trouble/accounts deleted
